Through Raito's cutting-edge engineering and meticulous planning, we have significantly fortified the building to withstand seismic events that may occur once every 500 years. This was achieved while also maximizing the use of available space. Steel columns and braces have been thoughtfully integrated into the existing structure, ensuring that they are not only effective in enhancing stability but also discreet enough to blend seamlessly into the overall design, minimizing their visual presence.
