The site soil and groundwater has been evaluated on (August, 2015) by Ramboll-Environ for chemical hazards associated with the Mission Bay Area. The August 2015 evaluation revealed the primary chemicals of cern found above health-based targets were lead, cobalt, and diesel fuel.

Raito's approach to this issue was to maintain the architectural integrity of the complex. Raito meticulously planned and integrated steel columns and braces into the existing structure. This approach maximized available floor space while blending the supports seamlessly to minimize visual impact.
