Raito Inc does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, our use of certain analytics tools may constitute "sharing" under the CPRA's broader definition. See the note below.

  • Right to Non-Discrimination — We will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any of your CCPA rights.

  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — Not currently applicable, as we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA.

 

How to Submit a Request

To protect your information, we will need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests (e.g., by matching the information you provide to information we already have on file). You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

A Note on Analytics and "Sharing"

 

We use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) solely to understand aggregate visitor behavior on our Site, such as page views and traffic sources. We have disabled advertising-related features (including Google Signals and Ad Personalization) within our analytics configuration. As a result, this data is not used for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not constitute "selling" or "sharing" of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA.
